Hi everyone,

is there a method to update the connectors/operators used in the defined processes?

I updated the SDM connectors by installing the "PAM_connector_installer_CA_ServiceDesk_Win.exe" from the "Process Management for Workflows Connectors for CA Products 4 2014.ISO" (DVD11144717E.iso) but all connectors/operators in allready existing processes are shown with a red "error" symbol instead of the new operator symbol.

Hi,

Your operators might not be loaded for two reasons

- You might have uninstalled the Connector

- Some of the operators might have been deprecated as part of new connector installation.

Can you please verify if you could see the Service Desk Connector as part of Configuration -> Connector Tab or Check in the operator pallete ?

If you do not see any service desk operators this would mean you have uninstalled the connector.
