    Hello EMSADMIN,

     

    How have you gone with this query? Did you find a solution?

     

    There is insufficient information here to offer much advice. Here are some suggestions:

     

    • Your /stdlog files may include some messages at the time of termination.
    • Define the problem for us further. All Change Order Categories or some? How long has this been happening? Customisations in place? All users or only some? etc
    • If you have CA Support maintenance, then consider opening an issue with them. Even though the product is now End of Life (May 2013), CA Support will often help on a 'best effort' basis. That is, no new patches will be written, but we may be able to help out if it is something else.
