Issue category erase randomly

Hi all,


I have a confusing problem at the client's site that the category of Issue will randomly set to '' (NULL).

We are using CA 12.9 and classical workflow.

We cannot reproduce the problem but the issue tickets had active log shows that category has been set to '' after completing a task.

I know this is shooting in the dark, but does anyone has any idea what can possibly cause this?
