    Hi everyone,

     

    I'm just facing with a problem about menubar htmpl files.

    except admin role, all roles defined in the system are using "Service Desk tab - Level 1 Analyst" tab and "menubar_sd_l1_analyst.htmpl" as menubar file.

    Sometimes, for example if I click to a ticket detail URL from received notification mail, I see some different options in menubar, which are not existing in menubar_sd_l1_analyst.htmpl but existing in menubar_sd.htmpl.

     

    How can I be sure that all my detail screens are using menubar_sd_l1_analyst.htmpl?

    Most probably you get different menubar when you go to the ticket from go resource, check wich menubar is defined there

    Does the mail URL use "Go Resource" menubars?

    It seems fine for my Incident (Fault) and Requests
