I just installed CA SDM r14.1 on Windows 2012r2 (my previous version was on windows 2008r2)
After the installation, the "default" folder in boopcfg was empty and the following error was showing "AHD04407:CA Service Desk Manager html generation error. Could not find or process 'login.htmpl"
I copied the default folder from an existing installation (on Windows 2008r2). and could get the login screen.
But after entering the login details i get the screen error below.
Any ideas on how to progress?
