Hi,

 

Am getting below error while clicking service desk test configuration in spectrum page.

 

unable to connect to Service Desk web service on server PCTMDBVM11. Check Service Desk configuration information

 

below is the stdout. log error. please help.

 

Error setting Reported By field for ticket cr:489259. Make sure Reported By field is writable.

 

Error occurred while closing a Service Desk ticket. AHD03303:Error retrieving Function Access due to an invalid handle or factory
