I could not able to run report in web intelligence rich query.
Is the report based off of SDM Universe or something else?

The Report is based on SDM universe.In this document what are all the steps are shown that are i already configured which is working fine.
But When i am running query in the web intelligence rich client it shows error.
Is this error occuring for a specific report or all the reports? Try creating a new test report to verify it.
This error Shows for all the default report.
For Customization report it shows the error like this A database error occured. The database error text is: (CS) "Driver not capable : Authentication Mode" . (WIS 10901).
How about new WEBI sample report? Does it show same error?
For Default report it shows Failed to open port this is the error showing.
For Customization could not able to create report it shows error what i previously mentioned.
I think this is related to the other Community post about ODBC 6.0 install failing. If the ODBC driver did not install properly, then you can't use it and that might cause errors like this.
As to why the ODBC install failed, I'm not sure yet. The client install is very simple and we really had no major issues there for years now.
I reconfigured BOXI t is working fine.
I Tested with odbcad 32 test connect also successful but i dont known y i am facing this issue.
