  • 1.  Question to integrate CA workload AE in  CA Service Desk

    Hello there,


    we have t integrate CA Autosys AE and CA Service Desk.

     

    Now, we need two more attributes at the ticket generation.

     

    The CI and the root cause!


    Does anyone have any idea how I can fill in these fields

    Hi Carlos,

     

    As explained in the documentation, to initiate a service desk ticket using CA Workload Automation AE, you need to specify the following attributes in the job definition:

     

    service_desk.

    You can use two of these optional attributes in the job definition to set as you desire  the "root cause" and the "CI".


    (Optional) svcdesk_desc


    (Optional) svcdesk_pri


    (Optional) svcdesk_imp


    (Optional) svcdesk_sev


    (Optional) svcdesk_attr

     

    Check the CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE Windows Implementation Guide (page 325) for more details.
