Is there a way to change the default setting from "Dependents Down" to "Providers Down"? Is there a change to the cmdbvisualizerconfig.properties file that can be, can something be added to the url, can another file be edited or is something else to make this happen?
Currently the Service CI will display at the bottom in the Dependents Down setting. Each time the Visualizer is open by an technician the "Invert Graph" button has to be selected. Since the Visualizer will only be viewed by technicians and not customers, it would be nice to save them this step.
Also, can someone please post a copy of the default cmdbvisualizerconfig.properties file? I do not have access to ours.
