I cannot generate all report. I found report error "The viewer could not process and event.Failed to open the connection CRWEB00000119" after i run report. Can you please help me investigate this issue?

No, This is spectrum server. I don't integration with CA SDM.
Does the CABI server 16 GB of RAM which is minimum recommended?

yes, i used CABI server 16 GB of RAM.
If this is Spectrum 10.x, then you'll need Debug Patch 08a - open an Issue with CA Support and get it. Then, make sure you apply the patch and re-enable the integration between BOXI and Spectrum.
