I would like to clear all ticket in CA SDM. I tried to see in SQL. I don't know about table of stored ticket data. Please let me know.
You can find the tickets in call_req table
you can check tables refernces in WSP or most of them are described here:
Table and Object Cross-References - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation
But I dont recommend to wipe data directly via SQL query, better refer to CA Docs to get correct answer.
Hi cdtj ,
Thank you for your support.
Hi Laqa ,
Considering your first line reads as follows:
"I would like to clear all ticket in CA SDM"
I would not go directly in the call_req table to delete these records as there may be several other tables, e.g. act_log that reference these records. Any direct deletions may result in orphaned records which will compromise referential integrity, thus render the MDB corrupted. Rather consider using the 'Archive and Purge' utilities to get rid of the relevant records in the call_req table. This will also cater for the other referenced tables.
