How to write a subject body in default tickets which are arising from the ehealth.

The alarm which are created in ehealth were it generates the tickets in spectrum which are pushed to sdm.
In that spectrum Tickets i need to add some details to spectrum.How to add it?
Can you give an example of what you'd like to see happen ? It's not clear for me which product are you targeting - Spectrum or SDM ?
Tickets are generating in ehealth which will have some structure in that i need to add some more things in this portal.
When I said about an example, I had in mind something like:
- event/alarm is generated in X, with content '...'
- event/alarm is shown in Y, with content '...' and with specific Y fields ...
