The Spectrum team is very pleased to announce GA of Spectrum 10.1.

I have just watched yesterday's web presentation and was very impressed with the work done.

Over the years it is fair to say we have had issues with releases and requests.

Personally speaking I think 10.1 now makes Spectrum the clear best in class. I think any other tool that does fault management is inferior to what we can offer to our customers with Spectrum.

Not often people get thanked publically but let me praise Kiran and his team and anyone else involved for a release which is ensuring Spectrum becomes the tool we know it is.

We obviously still have our requests and ideas, that is inevitable and esp with making the topology reversible :-) but this is a huge step forward.

I would like to encourage you all to read/review all five sections of the Release Information page.  There is a lot of great information in there.

In addition to the Release Information, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE (I beg you ☺) review the Frequently Asked Questions as well:

I know there are a lot of questions in there, and I realize it can be a long read.  However, for 10.0 we had lots of cases opened for questions that were answered in the FAQ.  Yes, some of it is a rehash/update of 10.0 information.  The reason for that is we wanted to make sure if you didn’t read the 10.0 FAQ that you will not need to if you only read the 10.1 FAQ.  Take note that this is updated to reflect 10.1, so if you did read the 10.0 FAQ, I still encourage you to scan through the 10.1 FAQ.

If you have any feedback (good or bad) in regards to the 10.1 FAQ, please feel free to contact me directly at meaja05@ca.com<mailto:meaja05@ca.com>.  We would like to know if you find this useful/clear etc, and if not or you have suggestions we will work to incorporate those into the next release (and/or update the 10.1 FAQ if need be).

Jive messed it up in the same way. If you make it text with a link, it should be fine: Frequently Asked Questions (i'm guessing on the URL since i don't know where the spaces should be.)

Yeah, that’s what I did.  Wow, this is really annoying.

So, i typed "FAQ". Then highlighted "FAQ", then hit Ctrl+K, then pasted the URL (with the plus signs). Seems to work now.
