I have updated/created new KBs to reflect the current status.

A MTP-APM TIM Release Compatibility List TEC1241257 – Updated info on MTP 10.3 and 10.4 KBs

Which versions of APM 10 are compatible with MTP 10.3. TEC1643212 -- Now updated to say before mid-year 2016. Hotfix is being tested.

Which versions of APM 10 are compatible with MTP 10.4  TEC1185456 -- NEW KB.  Says Not compatible with any APM version and no support date planned at this time.

TIM 10.1 is now supported on MTP 10.4 with TIM-10.1 Hotfix

The KBs are updated and may take up to 24 hours to see changes.
