Server Count not in sync between APM Team Center and Metric Browser

Hello,

 

I have installed CA APM 10.0 version in our environment. We have installed EP Agents, .Net Agents and Websphere Agents. The problem here is when I check in Metric Browser I can see all servers connected and collecting data. But when I check on team center - perspective - hostname, not able to find all the servers which were available in Metric Browser.

 

Let me know what could be the issue.
