  • 1.  Creating a Custom Filter on CMDB Visualizer

    I want to create a new filter that does not show one certain relationship type (approves).

    As defined in CMDB Visualizer Documentation, creating the custom filter according to Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 should do the trick.

    After I finish the configuration, Tomcat and Visualizer Processes sometimes crash and the relationship "approves" between the two CIs is still shown.

    What am I missing? Is this some bug with SDM Visualizer? Tried this on 12.7 and 14.1 and the same problem happens.

    For future reference, it is a bug detected on 12.7 that has not been fixed on 14.1.

    After opening a case they developped a testfix and the issue is gone.
