T58S108 problem

Hi guys

we're experiencing a specific situation that was identified as the T58S108 problem aparently, this problem was solve in Service Manager 14.1.02 release.

I need to check that if T58S108 problem and our situation it's the same, but can't found documents about T58S108 problem.

 

My question is if I can get T58S108 documentation.
