  • 1.  Windows 2012 R2 web agent support

    Having issues getting 12.52 sp01 cr2 working on a windows 2012 IIS 8.5 web server... Get SmAgentApi_Init Failed when win64 is enabled and does not start. But works with win32 enabled -- but still get SmAgentApi_init errors...

    Can you provide any error from web agent logs if they are created ?
