How to update Catalog Request status from resolved Service Desk Request, opened from Catalog before

Hi,

 

We have a next business process:

1. User Catalog Request - built-in process

2. Request open PAM process - built-in process

3. PAM process integrates with third party application - external tool extract XML file and move it to third party application

4. Third party application update Catalog Request status - Web Service

5. If status updated to "positive" Catalog Request open Service Desk Request - built-in process

6. When Service Desk Request resolved will complete Catalog Request - How to update Catalog Request status from resolved Service Desk Request, opened from Catalog before?
