If the system tray icon is hidden via configuration policy, how can a user give mouse/keyboard control to a remote viewer using 'Meeting Mode' as the connection type?

    Hi Bill

I believe that the RC system tray icon will be presented when the RC connection is made. Do you see something different?

    regards

    Rich

    HI Bill

I was wondering if you were able to confirm Richard's response that  the RC system tray icon will be presented when the RC connection is made?

Please let us know if we can assist you further on this.

    Thanks

    Joe

There is part of the organization which has all system tray icons disabled via config policy.

Yes, the remote user is prompted to allow the connection as 'meeting mode' is designed.
