CA Service Management

Hi,

We are having an issue, Once a user opens any service, automatically the request is getting submitted with no values. Once any request page is opened, with in a fraction of seconds it will be submitted and the same user will be able to submit the request if tried another time.

This issue is not consistent and not all the users are facing this.

We have seen this error on IE 11. We are using Catalog 12.9.

Is there any specific that needs to be verifed and is any other customer of you have the same problem ??

1 - When this starts? Did you have any changes at environment recently? What was made?

2 - Your environment are working with or without cart?

3 - The request is submitted like one-click purchase?

1. This issue is intermittent. Only few user are facing this problem. Also, the same user if tried another time, user will be able to submit the request.

2. We use one click submit and not cart.

3. Yes, it is a one click submit.

1. This problem is faced by few users only and not everyone. Also, users reported that this problem was faced while using IE11

2. Without cart.
