I created a demand for change in IT PAM and have an IRF form to allow certain tasks. I would like in this form and attach a file saved in sdm
Is that possible to do?
Or must be otherwise?
There is not a way to add a field to an IRF in PAM and have it take a file as input. You can have the end user fill in a URL to a file or a path to a file, but not attach a file.
I have seen Services and Customers design processes that pull Service Desk attachments into a process by accessing the Change Order or request via a soap call back to ServiceDesk. But not via an IRF.

Yes it is IT PAM but I'd save SDM in the change request.
