This is related to CA Service desk manager. We see "DELAY REMAINING" field in SERVICE TYPE tab in the incident/request tickets. we are preparing a report so we need to know where it is located in the CA database. I would need tablename and column name for this field.
It is a calculated value based on two attributes in the att_evt (Attached_Events) table, status_flag ( > 10 ) and fire_time.
Look at the xx_stype_tab.htmpl file.
