I’m trying upgrade the Clarity 13.2 Patch 9 to 14.3 using the install.sh of 14.3 and I getting the follow error.
Could someone help me with this error ?

Basically what happens during the upgrade is that /clarity directory content is getting copied over to /clarity_prev in the same directory as /clarity. For you this didn't work, and it's probably because you lack the permissions to create the directory. Please ensure that your clarity user is able to create a new directory above /clarity and has the permissions to do it.
Since this location / can be restricted on Linux, one thing that you can easily do to workaround this is to manually move the clarity directory 1 level lower, i.e:
and after you start the upgrade will copy them to the next folder, it should look like this:
Please rollback and start the upgrade again with the above instructions. Indicate /clarity/clarity as your Install Directory and Target Upgrade directory. Since your database stage hasn't started yet, you will only have to rollback the Clarity PPM application files.
Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks for you help. After move the clarity directory 1 level lower, worked fine.
But, I received some infos in log installation, because the DW database wasn't configured on NSA.
How I can workaround this ?
2/11/16 9:34 AM (ExecTask) INFO: The Data Warehouse could not be upgraded, the connection was unavailable or the Data Warehouse database has not been installed.
This is just an INFO level message, to inform us that Data Warehouse was not linked at the moment of the upgrade, which is normal since you upgraded from 13.3.
You can safely ignore that message. Now you only have to restore the DWH backup and link it in Clarity PPM CSA as per the instructions you have in the Installation Guide.
Hope this helps.

Worked fine! Thanks you!
