I like to forward alarms from one hub to another only if reaches duplicate of 3 or after 15 times since the alert get created. Is it possible?

I have configured notes_server probe recently the probe doest support sample values like CDM. so whenever there is an breech in threshold the alerts are getting triggered, but most of the alerts are getting closed in second poll. So to reduce the unwanted alert. I am searching for a solution to hold alarms generated by notes_server probe to stay in my secondary hub until it crosses some time/duplicate count. So that my primary server will get only alerts when there is real issue.

One approach might be to set an on arrival AO profile to set the matching alert to "Invisible" until the message counter exceeds your threshold value.
