  • 1.  Help! XOG settings for Siteminder use with Clarity

    Posted Feb 11, 2016 10:51 PM

We have Siteminder setup for Clarity SSO ... all our processes in production have been using the same setup to XOG using gel script ... we remember setting up entry url etc per CA's advice years ago.

Recently we upgraded our UAT environment from 13.0 to 14.3 on new VMs. We setup the CSA parameters to be identical to production (except server names & addresses). But when we run the processes that use Gel/XOG, we are getting the following error ... looks like it is redirecting to the sso at http://clarityua.gene.com/niku/xog whereas per settings, it should be going to the non-sso server/port of http://clarityuat03.gene.com:8070. Can someone please advice which settings I should check for xog within gel script to work with SSO?

    Hi Srini,

As you have a dedicated xog server and you want your processes to be run on the specific server then you need to ensure all your process use the URL which you have dedicated for the process, you might need to check the process parameters where you are passing the URL.
