  • 1.  Garbage Data in IDM Reports

    Hello ,

     

    We are using 3.3 version of BO report server shipped with 12.6SP4 edition of IDM package.

     

    Our  IDM version is 12.6SP3. After integration , we have noticed following data in reports:-

     

    1. The proxy flag is turned off in the report server connection details. Reports accessed through IM UI via web browser on  proxy server(Apache) , we get normal reports.

    2. The proxy flag is turned on in the report server connection details. Reports accessed through IM UI via web browser on  proxy server(Apache) , we get garbage data in the reports.

     

    Has anyone else faced same behavior? Can anyone help us out here?

    Hello,

     

    Latest update is CA Support provided us the fix. After applying the fix, the reports are working fine.
