CLarity PPM Issues

We are currently experiencing an issue with a scheduled report we have. The running of the report and notification email side of things is working however, when our customer opens the link in the notification email they see everything but the icon you click on to open the report and view it. Clicking export causes nothing. User cant export it in PDF or excel. Does anyone have any ideas as to why the icon is missing([export])is it permissions? If anyone has any ideas please let us know.
