  • 1.  rsa securid authentication causing policy server to stop working

    Anyone experiencing the issue where the R12.52 SP1 CR2 policy server stops working after a RSA SecurID auth scheme authentication?  We opened a case with CA Tech Support and a product defect was opened, but I would be amazed if we are the only ones experiencing this issue.  Thank you.

    Hi Mike,

     

    I have seen sporadic issues caused due to memory issues, but checking on the current documentation, I found the following known issue which is fixed in R12.52 SP1 CR04, which could match with the behavior you described:

    Policy Server Generates a Core

    Deadlock with the ACE initialization functions causes Policy Server to generate a core.
