Incidents Not Getting Purged

Hi Team,

I am testing the Archive & Purge in my Lab environment, before implementing at production. Here is the detail of the test ticket that I want to Purge:

When I am running the out of box Call Request rule after modifying it as per the following screenshot:

It is showing 0 Main Objects and 0 Child Objects purged in the Archive and Purge History as shown in the screenshot:

Kindly provide the solution for this. What I need to do to delete this incident?
