Culprit DBKEY-PAGE

My culprit report truncates the DBKEY-PAGE field.

 

The report returns a dbkey of 5758, which is not even in the page range of the area;  4550001 to  4771040

In OLQ I can see the actual dbkey is 4745758:001.  Any ideas why culprit is dropping the first three digits?
