Incident Enquiry

Our front desk get calls to enquire about the incident and to escalate it. And
the team wants to raise a request for each such call to capture the efforts.


Now, we are looking for a relation between incidents and requests, further
should have a privilege to raise request from incident so it captures all the
information from incident.


Please let me know if you have any ideas.
