One of the users of CA Clarity PPM is facing an issue with his Timesheet. He is getting an error message - "TMA-0111: Error updating timesheet. Couldn't obtain lock. Click browser's back button and try again." I suppose this is linked to a Timesheet Lock that may have been generated when the Timesheet might have been saved. However, a few hours later when I try to look into this issue by using the SQL Query:
select * from prlock;
I notice that the DB Table prlock is returning 0 records. So, is it possible that the Timesheet Lock has now been cleared? Do Timesheet Locks clear automatically after a few hours? If yes, after how many hours on an average?
