When I log on Ca service management mobile app I get the error below
"no response from the server.please contact your administrator"
Normally this means that the app was not able to initialize a connection into the SDM REST API tomcat layer. Default port for that is :8050 on the machine where SDM REST API was deployed during pdm_configure.
Is your tomcat engine secured by SSL too ?
This can be caused by a number of things. First, is this before or after you log in? Meaning, have you ever been able to log into the application or has this always been the message that you get? This message is thrown by the app when it is not able to communicate with the Service Desk Server (or any service management server for that matter). The most common reason is that the mobile device is being used outside of the network (meaning on a mobile network or on wifi not in the office), and the service management systems are not available to the outside, thus the mobile device cannot connect to the server.
Please let us know how you have this set up and some history as to whether this ever worked, and where you are attempting to connect to it from.
