Can anyone please tell me when to use 'Operation' Match Style? If I use this, does it ignore the incoming request's signature?
I checked CA's documentation below, but it doesn't say much:

You are correct. Operation match will do just as the name says, do an operation name only match. So regardless of the request signature, if the operation name matches you will be a match. You can typically use this if you always have a specific response structure you'd like to return regardless of the incoming request parameters. I've seen it used in performance testing as well to improve overall processing performance.
