  • 1.  Unable to open CAPA developer?

    Hi All,

     

    We have installed CAPA developer edition on local machine(This is a new installation). When we try to open it we are having below error. Could you please help me any one have encountered same kind of issue. Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

    It looks like you are running 11.1, have you tried upgrading to version 12?

    Not of much help I know, but anyhow I had same or similar issue on a no longer existing computer. Don't know though what caused the behaviour to appear, probably something changed in the environment, security patches etc.

    As I have a spare computer, I used CAPA developer on that one when needed.

    You could of course consider reinstalling CAPA unless you can upgrade to a newer version. Reinstalling is though not guaranteed to help, but won't probably make it worse either
