I have applied the Cumulative Patch in CA SDM 14.1 recently. After that, the crystal reports are not being able to get generated in the Reports tab. I have tried to clear the browser cache, refreshing the reports and restarting the boxi services but still not giving the results. The Reports tab is showing blank screen as in the following screenshot:
Although I am able to generate the reports through BI Launch Pad button successfully.
Kindly provide a solution for this.
