When creating a template for a ticket, does anyone know the difference between the options in the 'Quick Template Type' drop down box? I've been through some of the knowledge base & although it's described as a list to select from, I can't find any detail of the functional difference between the options. any ideas?

You can use quick templates to define new requests on the Quick Profile Scratchpad. Select one of the following options:
