  • 1.  (Windows) Intermittent Performance Problem with Checkin of Folders with extremely long names

    We have a customer who is experiencing this problem with no consistency.

     

    Has anyone experienced this problem where a long folder name (say 200+ characters) CheckIn of 2 items may take a few hours on one occasion and then be very fast (seconds) on another? 

     

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    We're experiencing the same problem. Any suggestion? Same Folders with large number of files like Web proyects.

    Hi Johnv,

     

    We are reviewing this issue and will provide input .

    Which release are you based upon.?r12.6 or V13 and also request you to mention the database and it's version

    If you have urgent need to address this ,please raise a ticket with the CA support system
