Hi community, I need to load into the customer field to the person who is creating the ticket, any ideas?

You can use a Defaults data partitions. If you apply the following constraint to Call_Req all new incidents created with a role having the data partition will be created with the Affected End User set as the logged in user.
Constraint: customer = @root.id
For the Employee it is already set like that. For Analyst it does not make sense to have this data-partition. So for which role do you need to do this?
Good catch, I didn't think to mention that. However at my organization I would say over 90% of our analyst tickets are created for themselves. I've actually thought of adding this to their data partition so that there's one less field for them to fill in.
I need only manager problems and analysts N2, there are other option?
