Two Instances of Transaction captured in CEM

I have recorded some transactions for a mobile Portal using recording sessions & in some instances the transaction discovery.

While using the Tim Transaction Inspection to validate i am seeing two of each Transaction like below - at first i thought it may have been duplicate traffic but then noticed the status codes we see 302 and 200. So i am capturing a redirection and the 200 OK.

Start time: 03/11/2016 15:54:50, Client: [xxxx], Server: [xxxx]:443 (), AppDef "MobilePortal", TranSet "TermsOfUse", 0.083s 5.403kB 64.8kB/s defects: 0/3, 1 transaction(s)

  hostname-/TermsOfUse: 0.083s 5.403kB 64.8kB/s defects: 0/3, 1 component(s)

  302, hostname-/TermsOfUse 0.083s 5.403kB 64.8kB/s defects: 0/3, Mar 11 15:54:50.030 EST 2016

Start time: 03/11/2016 15:54:35, Client: [xxxx], Server: [xxxx]:443 (), AppDef "MobilePortal", TranSet "TermsOfUse", 0.064s 17.232kB 267.4kB/s defects: 0/3, 1 transaction(s)

  hostname-/TermsOfUse: 0.064s 17.232kB 267.4kB/s defects: 0/3, 1 component(s)

  200, hostname-/TermsOfUse 0.064s 17.232kB 267.4kB/s defects: 0/3, Mar 11 15:54:35.593 EST 2016

I then looked to the transaction parameters and thought about matching on just Status  = 200 yet i cannot change this field as its greyed out.

Similarly i cannot add a new parameter as  HTTP Response is not an option.

Your thoughts ?

Thanks,
