Issue in Uninstallation of CA BOXI 4.1

Hi Team,


After the installation of CA BOXI 4.1 SP3 server, client, SP5 patch and client patch. There was an issue with the starting of CMS may be due to some port issue as per CA Support. So I want to uninstall everything from the server now.


I am now going for the uninstallation for the CA BOXI 4.1 SP5 patch, client patch, SP3 server and client. Now during the uninstallation of CA BOXI 4.1 SP5 patch from control panel, after completing all the steps, it is waiting for the CMS to start for a long time (which will never happen as it was the main cause why I am going for the uninstallation). I restarted the server also and sp5 patch is not showing in the list of programs. But when I am going for uninstallation of sp5 client patch. It agains start uninstalling the sp5 patch at the point where it was waiting for the CMS to start again.


So I am kind of stuck in an infinite loop.



Kindly suggest if there is a manual way to uninstall CA BOXI completely.
