Clarity

Hi,

I am trying to update Project Finish Date of the parent project which has a sub-project. Both parent and child don't have tasks and both don't have team set up, there is no alloications/estimates/assignements.

However, I cannot modify the project finish date of the parent even if move the sub-project finish date. I can only do this when I unlink the sub-project and then re-link it again.

Is it how it is supposed to work out-of-the box?

You are using CA PPM 14.3, any patches? I tried to duplicate in my environment and could not.

yes. we are using 14.3 and I think the latest patch

this is the version/build we have in the system 14.3.0.298
