    Hi All,

    Recently we have upgraded the CABI from CABI 3.2 to CABI 3.3 SP1 and after that all schedule reports and manual reports are not working properly,We are getting below database error while running the report in WEBI, This is happening for all the reports.

    Error:

    ======

    A database error occured. The database error text is: (CS) "COM Provider CLSID not specified or erroneous" . (WIS 10901)

     

    And also when we check the connection in Universe designer->Tools->Connection->CCA_CMDB->Test.

    Error:

    ====

    The server is not responding
