We have CA SDM 14.1.02 installed on windows server 2012 R2. Update Status form (request_status_change.htmpl) is not customised at all. But it is showing awkward behaviour for some tickets. It's Save button caption changes to Accept for some tickets. For some, it is showing as Save only. There is no pattern for which tickets it is showing "Accept" caption.
What could be the reason for that?
