Hi, I'm playing with soap api at the moment, I can see getPermissionGroups, add/remove member from group , but I can't find method to create new group, should I use createObject()? and what is group object name I can use?

In service desk, groups are actually held/stored in the contact (cnt) object, which uses the ca_contact table. You would create a contact record, with a contact type of "group" - this would designate that record as a group.

yeah, you can use createObject, you need to define:

Thanks cdtj, I got another quick question, how to get list of "type" id (handles) from soap api? for example:
group type,and get ticket type (crt) list (I only know incident is crt:182, no idea about problems).
