Assign category for your ticket by using CS SM Mobile App

Hi everybody,

     When I am trying to raise a new request ticket from my mobile, I can't find a category field.

1- Under which category my ticket will be assigned if I click create button?

2- Also, Could I define a unique category to handle all Mobile tickets?
