Attachment Mandatory - Service Option level

    Hi,

     

    We are currently using Service Catalog 12.9.

     

    We have an option 'Attachment Mandatory' on the edit page of a service option. We have selected this option and also configured 'Allow Attachments at Service Option Level' as 'Yes' in the Configuration section of Catalog tab. But, this is not being validated. We were able to submit the request without attachment as well. We are not even getting any alert or any message also if we submit without attachment.

     

    For time being we have done this validation in the PAM process, which will happen after submitting the request. But out client want this to be validated before submitting the request. Does anyone have the same problem ?? What could be done to resolve it ??
