    Posted Mar 21, 2016 03:13 PM

    Hi everyone,

I would like to share a doubt related event log of type Logout in CA Service Desk Manager r12,9.

According the implementation guide the field numdata1 would identify the reason of the event in case of Logout.

Here is the implemetantion guide where this information can be view:

    Implementation Guide Release 12.9.00

My doubt is: Which scenarios could be valid for Logout timeout and Logout abnormal?

I developed a report in CABI for extract this data but the information resulted is all Logout normal. I don't known if this is an issue or just my misunderstanding.

    Thank you for read It.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Ronaldo,

I would suggest logging a support case for a deeper investigation on the use of this.

    Kind Regards,
