MQ - copybook - error - storing the whole payload in hex string

I am trying service virtuliazation for MQ message and I am also using copybook.

below is the error message

so I played with filler length at the end

 

filler length - error message

16048 - 525 bytes left over

15523 - 1050 bytes left over

16573 - no measures related to bytes but same error

16572 - 1 bytes left over.

16574 - no measures related to bytes left over

 

not sure about relavent but I am getting the message twice as you can see in above error
